Your consolidated BetMGM account will provide a seamless, more convenient wagering experience everywhere you use BetMGM. You will have a single set of login credentials and account settings, and a single cash balance that you can use in all states where BetMGM is currently available. The funds you deposit into your account will also be available everywhere you log in, regardless of where you made the deposit. Please note that BetMGM Nevada accounts will not be consolidated at this time.

You will receive an email (dependent on your subscriber preferences) with the essential information related to your updated login details (if applicable) and how to continue to access your BetMGM account. Please note the following:

  • If your account information does not look correct, please contact Customer Service to update your account details. You can access the Customer Support Help page here.
  • Password information on your open account remains unchanged. If you make any changes to your password, it will apply everywhere you use BetMGM.
  • All personal information, including first and last name, address, phone number and Social Security Number will remain unchanged, and can only be edited by the account holder.
  • Strong Authentication (for example: Face ID recognition, fingerprint recognition, passcode recognition) settings remain unchanged, unless edited by the account holder directly. If you make any changes to your login settings, this will automatically carry over to all states. Please access Strong Authentication and other Account Settings here.

No, you may no longer enter a User ID to log in. However, your password will remain the same. Please note the following:

  • If you have previously entered a User ID to log in to BetMGM, you will now be required to access your account with your primary email address everywhere you log in.
  • If you currently have multiple accounts with different email addresses, you will receive an email (dependent on subscriber preferences) with additional login instructions.

Yes, you can use your screen name wherever you log in to BetMGM. However, if you are in a state where your screen name is already being used, you may be prompted to update it when you log in. Otherwise, no further action is required regarding your account screen name preference settings.

We recently consolidated your account to make it easier for you to wager everywhere you use BetMGM. Please check your email for updates to your login credentials. If you attempt to log in with a User ID or incorrect email address, you will receive on-screen instructions on how to log in.

No. All your existing limits, such as Responsible Gaming session and deposit limits, will apply to every state where BetMGM is available.

  • For example, if you have a daily Responsible Gaming deposit limit of $500 and you make a $100 deposit in New Jersey and a $200 deposit in Michigan, followed by a deposit of $300 in Pennsylvania, the system will decline your final deposit and display a message that you have reached your limit.
  • To access your limits, go to “My Account > Settings > Responsible Gaming > Responsible Gaming Limits,” or click here.

All your payment information will be applied to all the states BetMGM is available in. When you make a deposit using any payment method, the payment method will be available to you everywhere you use BetMGM.

  • For example, if you make a deposit in one state using a credit card, that credit card will be saved for use in all states that accept credit cards.

Your deposit and withdrawal histories will be combined across all the states where you use BetMGM and you can track them in your My Account section.

  • For example, when you click on Payment History, the history you’ll see will include all deposits and withdrawals you’ve made across all the states where you’ve used BetMGM
  • To access your Payment history, navigate to “My Account > Cashier > Payment History".

Yes, if you make a request for a withdrawal in one state, you can request a reversal in another state.

Yes, you will be asked to withdraw funds using the same method you used to make the deposit, provided that this method is supported in the state you are located in.

  • For example, if you make a deposit in a state that accepts credit cards, then go to West Virginia and request a withdrawal through a different method, your withdrawal request will be declined.

Yes, you can see all your Cashier transactions wherever you log in. To access your transaction history, go to “My Account > My Transactions” or click here.

Yes, your open sports bets will be active and visible in your betting history wherever you log in to BetMGM. However, the Edit My Bet and Cash Out features will be disabled for selected bets. Once your bet settles, your balance will be updated accordingly.

Your account balance will be updated to reflect settled bets and will be available for wagering wherever you log in to your account. Please wait a few minutes after your event ends for your bet to be settled. To access your transaction history, navigate to “My Account > My Transactions” or click here.

Yes, you will be able to access all tournaments and promotions (unless otherwise stated) in states that offer Poker (Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania) and your entire cash balance will be available in your account. Please also note:

  • Your Tournament Dollars will transfer in full to your single account.
  • Your unused Tournament Tickets from previous accounts will be transferred to your single account and their expiration dates will be reset. For example, if a ticket expires one day after the time of transfer, and it was originally valid for seven days, you will again have seven days to use the ticket following the transfer.

Your account’s cash balance across all states will be combined and will be available to you wherever you log in to BetMGM. Any bonuses in your account balance will remain in the state in which you received them and can only be used when you are located in that state. Your single account will not change the way iRewards Points work:

  • Loyalty points are earned and calculated based on the state you are playing in. The points are then added to that state-specific account, not your consolidated account. To view your Loyalty Points balance, navigate to “My Account > Loyalty / MLife > My iRewards Balance” or click here.

Currently, all restricted funds, (including bonuses, deposits, and/or winnings based on specific reward terms), Free Bets, Tokens or Free Spins do not cross over into other states. These promo funds can only be used in the state you received them in. Please also note:

  • All wagering progress towards your bonuses, Free Bets, Tokens or Free Spins are state-specific and are not based on cumulative activity. Players cannot meet a promotion’s wagering requirements by wagering across multiple states.
  • We will let you know in advance when this policy is updated and your promo funds balance and promo progress activity are added to your single account consolidation.

If you self-exclude in one state, you will be unable to access BetMGM’s services in every other state.

For example:

  • If you enter into a self-imposed time-out period in one state, the same time-out period status will automatically be applied in every state where you access BetMGM.
  • If you enter into a service closure agreement period in one state, the service closure agreement period will automatically be applied, on a per product basis (e.g., Sports, Casino, Poker), in every state where you access BetMGM.
  • Suspended or Restricted statuses are also carried over to all states, restricting you from gameplay for the applicable period.
  • To access your exclusion preferences, go to “My Account > Settings > Responsible Gaming” and choose your desired category. For example, you may access your Service Closure agreement here.

Your communication preferences will apply to all states whereBetMGM is available. To update your communication preferences, go to “My Account > Settings > Communication Preferences” or click here.

The deposit, loss or session limits you have activated will now apply to all the states where you access BetMGM. All future changes to your Responsible Gaming limits will also be updated in your single account and be activated everywhere you use BetMGM.
