1. This Promotion is available to qualifying new customers from 10/31/22 - 12:00 PM ET on the date the app is live in Ohio, unless otherwise noted. If we decide to withdraw this Promotion, this will not impact the promotion claim you completed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal takes place.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is open to new players located in the state of Ohio at the time of wagering, aged 21 years, and complete their online BetMGM account registration between 10/31/22 - 12:00 PM ET on the date the app is live in Ohio.
3. Employees of BetMGM (the “Promoter”), any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
4. Please note that online customers claiming this Sports Promotion will not be eligible to receive the First Bet Insurance up to $1,000 welcome offer or any other “New Customer” sports promotion offer.
5. Please note that if you have a suspended account (including accounts in cool-off status), closed account, or an account that has been marked as suspicious or fraudulent in one or more BetMGM states, you will be ineligible for any Ohio Pre-Registration new customer offers.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION

6. To claim this Promotion, sign up for BetMGM during the pre-registration period from 10/31/22 - 12:00 PM ET on the date the app is live in Ohio. Complete your BetMGM account registration and KYC verification during this pre-registration period.
7. Once you complete your BetMGM account registration and KYC verification, you will qualify to receive $200 in FreeBets for BetMGM Sports. FreeBets will be issued to your account on the day BetMGM Sports goes live in the state of Ohio.
8. No deposit needed during the pre-registration period to be eligible for this Promotion. Only requirement is to fully complete your BetMGM account registration and fully verify your account.
9. FreeBets from this Promotion can be used on any sport or game. Go to the Promotions Page to view your FreeBets. You have seven (7) days to use your FreeBets before they expire (seven days from when you receive the FreeBets on the first day BetMGM Sports is live in Ohio).
   • $200 in FreeBets will be broken down into four (4) $50 Free Bets.

RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR FREEBET

9. FreeBets are limited to one (1) per person, household (IP address), and/or computer.
10. FreeBets can only be redeemed via the BetMGM Sports website or mobile app, and must be used as a single bet within seven (7) days of being credited to your account.
11. FreeBets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
12. FreeBets cannot be redeemed on any Poker, Casino, Live Casino, Games, or Slots (for applicable states with BetMGM Casino and/or BetMGM Poker).
13. FreeBets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.
14. The value of your FreeBet will not be included in any winnings.
15. If your FreeBet wager becomes void, or the game/event you used your FreeBet on is canceled, your FreeBet will be returned to your account within 24 hours.
16. You cannot cash out your FreeBet(s).
17. The same maximum payout restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this Promotion.

IMPORTANT TERMS

18. This Sports Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other BetMGM Sports Promotion.
19. We reserve the right to change or end any Sports Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
20. If you have made one or more qualifying bets in relation to this Sports Promotion and we subsequently restrict your betting levels, we will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Sports Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the FreeBets available.
